We help those who want to have business impact in their organizations discover how to create the environment for high performance to flourish and to positively influence the culture of their group and organization.  We have a two-pronged approach to setting the stage for successful leaders, teams and organizations.

Our work is often with leaders whose cross-functional or high-performance teams want to achieve at a higher level.   We engage team members, give them voice, and provide leaders the understanding and skills they need to respond, allowing the team to live up to its highest potential.

Healthy teams allow employees the freedom to tap into and unleash the all the talents, learning, creativity, responsibility and resourcefulness they contain.  However, in today’s challenging business climate, it can be difficult for leaders to step back and focus on how well teams are functioning.

The process we employ is one that is transformative, directed by team members’ mutual commitment to shared goals and values.  With insight into how a team envisions performing together leadership can readily develop tactics to create that environment and unleash the team’s energy.  The synergy created by even one such team can positively affect the entire organization.

Evaluation: Organizational Culture, Learning & Performance

Learning leaders, training providers and change agents are called upon to demonstrate the value of their programs and their real impact to the organization, yet this is a rare outcome from most program evaluations.   We help leaders demonstrate the value of learning programs by assessing not only the learning, but also the context in which learners are applying their skills — the on-the-job environment — that is the key factor so often overlooked. 

The evaluation methods we use provide clear, powerful data of what’s working, what’s not, where the learning is most successfully applied, what cultural factors leverage the learning and what cultural factors are barriers to applying the learning.  

Understanding the issues that are of greatest concern to employees gives the leaders the power to communicate their vision, commitment and support around these critical issues.  The cultural and learning assessment tools we use are simple and straightforward, yet measure with the highest level of quality and integrity.  Leaders immediately relate to the data, finding it a credible and powerful blueprint for action.
